Talking Point is a dedicated conference centre providing an ideal environment for events which require a focused and non-distractive environment.The Centre boasts a range of purpose built meeting rooms to meet the requirements of any event – no matter how large or small.

A dedicated conference reception awaits your arrival and offers a full range of business support services. Throughout your event, organisers and delegates benefit from the undivided attention of our dedicated events service team. Creating an ideal environment to do business! Our Delegate Package has been designed to assist organisers with the co-ordination of conferences, meetings, seminars or training sessions.

Delegate information

Our 8 hour day delegate rate includes:

  • Unlimited Tea and Coffee and biscuits throughout the day
  • 2 Course Luncheon – served in the Viewpoint Café Bar or The Terrace
  • Use of the Conference Room from 9am to 5pm
  • Table refreshments including Mineral Water and mints for the meeting room
  • Delegate notepads and pens
  • Talking Point Events Host and direct phone access for quick & easy contact
  • Inclusive Equipment: Built-in digital projector or LCD Screen primed to show presentation from any laptop

Rates from £32.00 per delegate (Minimum numbers of 10 apply)

Hire a room

Need a room for an hour, half day or for less than ten delegates. Talking Point offer rates for all occasions. Rates include stationery (delegate notepads and pens) and Audio Visual equipment including LCD screen and PC connection cabling.

*Room hire rates include:

  • Hire of agreed room between 9am and 5pm
  • Built-in digital projector or LCD Screen primed to show presentation from any laptop.

Exclusive use

For occasions where total privacy or seclusion is of paramount importance, we are able to offer ‘Exclusive Use’ of the centre. This allows you and your delegates’ sole use of Talking Points full facilities. The charge for exclusive use is £3495 per day and includes 40 delegates on Package One day delegate rate plus use of all 7 meeting rooms, equipment and break out areas. This is available Monday - Friday, additional charges apply if delegate numbers exceed 40.
